Operations
Medic Ambulance offers our patients high quality, on-time BLS, ALS, and CCT level ambulance services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Medic Ambulance is dedicated to utilizing and deploying the latest in EMS operational methods, equipment, and technology. By staying up to date with the latest trends in the industry we are able to serve all of our service areas in the most efficient way possible.
For example, in Solano County we have achieved a 9-1-1 response time compliance that is second to none. We consistently average 99% on time performance, which well exceeds the EMS industry standards. It is our commitment to our community that we will be there when you need us.
When our Paramedics, Nurses, and EMTs arrive you can be assured that they are trained to the highest standards. Our RN’s and Paramedics are all trained in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and International Trauma Life Support. Medic provides all of these certifications through our Education and Training Department in accordance with the highest proficiency standards.
With Medic Ambulance, you are in professional, well trained, and experienced hands. Medic ambulance managers are trained and skilled in the science of System Status Management (SSM). These managers continually apply the industry’s most current SSM theories and use data reports from the most sophisticated unit deployment dispatching software available today.
Even patients requiring only routine medical transportation to and from hospitals, physicians' offices, diagnostic centers and nursing or convalescent facilities benefit from the care and proficiency of both our Advanced and Basic Life Support ambulance crews.
At Medic we believe that we are here for our patients first, which means rapid response, timely arrival of highly trained individuals who competently deliver compassionate and quality emergency medical care.
